I am a sociologist of tech & gender, working at the Minderoo Centre for Technology & Democracy.

My research focuses on how people use technology & how AI impacts their everyday lives. I think about how we can build technology that works for people rather than vice-versa through data justice and feminist frameworks.

I mostly think about how people use period tracking applications and how we can make them better and how we can build explainable and trustworthy AI solutions against disinformation.
